20.04.2012. pri posjetu gradilištu postavljeno je pitanje koje se odnosi na jezik natječaja. Naime u natječajnoj dokumentaciji piše: „Ponude, prepiska i dokumenti koji se tiču natječaja, izmijenjeni između ponuditelja i naručitelja u vezi natječaja, moraju biti na hrvatskom i/ili engleskom jeziku. Sva prepiska vezana za plaćanja, kao i fakture te privremene i završne obračunske situacije šalju se ugovaratelju također na hrvatskom i/ili engleskom jeziku. „./20.04.2012. visiting the site,the question related to language oft he tender.The writing int he tender documents:“ The tender and all correspondence and documents related to the tender exchanged by the tenderer and the Contracting Authority must be written in Croatian and/or English. Dakle, navedeno može biti samo na hrvatskom , samo na engleskom ili na hrvatskom i engleskom jeziku./So,this can only be in Croatian,in English or in Croatian and English. |

Sadržaj ponude, podstavak 12.3.7.5. dokaz o relevantnom iskustvu u izvođenju radova slične vrste / grupe navedeno je slijedeće „Traženi dokaz mora se odnositi na barem dva ugovora o radovima, u području izgradnje komunalne infrastrukture u vrijednosti svog dijela od 7.000.000,00 HRK koji su uspješno završeni u godinama, 2010.,2009. i 2008.“ Točkom 13. Selekcijski kriteriji pod stavkom 13.1.2.b. navedeno je slijedeće „Ponuditelj je uspješno završio barem dva ugovora o radovima u području izgradnje komunalne infrastrukture (zajedničke) ukupne vrijednosti svog dijela od 10.000.000,00 HRH koji su uspješno završeni u godinama 2010.,2009. i 2008. … „/ In Instructions to Tenderers under article 12. Potvrda nadležne porezne uprave o stanju duga navodi se da potvrda ne smije biti starija od 60 dana od dana objave ovog natječaja .Dok je u obrascu WKS-1-12 financijski podaci pod točkom 7. Potvrda nadležne porezne uprave o stanju duga navedeno da traženi dokaz ne smije biti stariji od 7 dana od dana objave ovog natječaja . Molimo pojašnjenje koji je od ova dva navoda mjerodavan za izradu ponude./In Instructions to tenderers under article 12, Content of tender, subarticle 12.3.5.2. A certificate issued by competent tax authority concerning state of debt it is stated that certificate shoudn’t be older than 60 days since the day of publication of tender, while in WKS-1-12 form, financial data, under article 7. U obrascu natječajnog jamstva navedeni iznos za isplatu jamstva je 190.000,00 kn te je navedeno da taj iznos predstavlja jamstvo koje se odnosi na članak 10.2.8. Uputa ponuditeljima. Molimo pojašnjenje koji je važeći iznos ishođenje jamstva za ozbiljnost ponude i zašto se poziva na članak 10.2.8. kada taj članak nije naveden u Uputama ponuditeljima. / In Instructions to tenderers under article 12.
